Order Cancellation & Return Policy – Paramount Gifts
Welcome to Paramount Gifts (a brand of NS Craft India).
We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order for a full refund.
- After 1 hour, cancellation is not possible as the order enters the processing stage (production, polishing, or dispatch preparation).
- If the order has already been shipped but not delivered, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Returns
- To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer support team and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.
Damaged Products
- If you receive a damaged product, we offer replacement or reimbursement, depending on the situation.
- An uncut unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
- Our team will inspect whether the issue is due to:
- Manufacturing defect
- Natural characteristics of the material (wood/resin/handcrafted items)
- The final decision will be made by our team after evaluation.
Return Process for Damaged Items:
- Pickup will be arranged by our courier partner (if feasible), or
- Customer may ship the product to our facility (maximum courier reimbursement: ₹100)
After receiving the product:
- It will be repaired or replaced as appropriate
- Re-dispatch will be done within 3–5 working days
Non-Returnable Cases
- Products cannot be returned for reasons other than damage (e.g., change of mind, preference, etc.)
Refunds
- Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method only
- Timeline:
- Normally within 7 business days after receiving the product
- During peak/holiday periods, it may take up to 14 days
Important Return Instructions
- Always include your Order Number with the return
- Include the original invoice
- Pack items securely to prevent transit damage
- If damage occurs due to improper packaging, partial or no refund may be issued
- Use a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise
